Day 2 Echmiadzin Holy city (visit to St. Echmiadzin Cathedral - 4th c first official Christian church in the world, Holy mass) Churches of St. Hripsime and St. Gayne -7th cc.
Watching the miracle of appearance the image of St. Maria, Mother of God, in the flat of one devout woman in Yerevan city.

Day 3 Visit to Khor Virap Monastery (famous pilgrimage place - 4-17th cc, where St. Gregory the Illuminator was imprisoned) and Noravank Monastery - 9-14th cc. Visit to Sardarapat battle memorial and Ethnographical museum.
City tour (the Matenadaran-depositary of ancient manuscripts, Genocide museum, visit to St. Grigor Lousavorich church). Evening (visit to opera/folklore concert).

Day 5 Ashtarak (Karmravor church -7th c), Mughni (St. Gevorg church-18th c), Hovhanavank Monastery - 5-13th cc. Visit to Oshakan, an ancient village northwest of Yerevan, the home-village of St. Mesrop Mashtots,the 4th c. monk scientist and philosopher, who invented the Armenian alphabet which is still in use today with almost no changes.Visit to the tomb of St.Mashtots is the crypt of a church built in the 5th c.

Day 6 Tatev monastery (9-14th cc)., overnight in Goris.

Day 7 Visit to Karahunge (stone-henge) - ancient observatory. Return to Yerevan.

Day 8 Garni (pagan temple - 1st c AD) and Geghard Monastery (4-13th cc), where the holy lance that pierced the body of Christ was kept.

Day 9 Departure.

Day 3 Dilijan (Haghartsin Monastery 10-13th cc) and Lake Sevan (churches of the peninsula -9th cc).

Day 4 Erebuny fortress (782BC) and Museum . History museum of Armenia. Paraganov museum.

Day 5 Ashtarak (Karmravor church -7th c, St. Marine church-13th c, old bridge of Ashtarak-17th c) and Amberd-fortress and castle - 913th cc. Byurakan Astrophysical Observatory.

Day 6 Visit to Tatev Monastery (9-14th cc). Visit to old cave village Khndzoresk and the museum of the village . Overnight in Goris.

Day 7 Visit to Karahunge (stone-henge) - ancient observatory. Return to Yerevan.

Day 9 Mezamor ancient observatory and metal-producing centre dating back to the third millennium BC. Visit to Sardarapat battle memorial and ethnographical museum.

Day 10 Armenian National Art Gallery. Saryan museum.Visit to Vernissage (open air market of souvenirs).

Day 11 Departure.

Day 1 Arrival in Yerevan. Transfer to hotel.

Day 2 Lake Sevan, the world's largest high altitude lake (Monastery of Sevan (St. Karapet and St. Arakelots Church -9th cc)).

Day 3 Town of Jermuk (resort town, famous for its hot mineral waters), Tsolk waterfall, visit to Tatev Monastery (9-14th cc). Overnight in Goris.

Day 4 Visit to old cave village Khndzoresk and the museum of the village . Hiking to the mountains. Overnight in Goris.

Day 5 Visit to Karahunge (stone-henge) - ancient observatory. Return to Yerevan.

Day 6 Hankavan botanical tour. Bathing in geyser (water temperature 40C, very rich with minerals)

Day 7 Departure
